Real Estate Specialist IV

The Mission of Colorado Parks and Wildlife is to perpetuate the wildlife resources of the state, to provide a quality state parks system, and to provide enjoyable and sustainable outdoor recreation opportunities that educate and inspire current and future generations to serve as active stewards of Colorado's natural resources.

The Real Estate Section coordinates implements and manages the Colorado Parks and Wildlife's (CPW) real estate program for the acquisition, disposition, management and administration of real property assets which are necessary for the preservation and conservation of the state's wildlife habitat and parks. The Real Estate Section is responsible for ensuring compliance with the legal and procedural requirements of federal and state statues pertaining to the real estate program as well as the directives and policies of CPW and the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission (Commission). The section is responsible for creating and maintaining recording systems (manual, electronic and interactive databases) necessary to document, track, and archive real property assets and transactions.
