Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is seeking to hire a Real Estate Specialist I. The Real Estate Specialist I manages the data, documents, and files relating to Boulder County’s open space property interests. The Real Estate Specialist I works in a collaborative team environment with other Real Estate Division staff and other county staff and is supervised by the Conservation Easement Program Supervisor and works under the general direction of the county attorneys that provide legal advice for the Real Estate Division.

Compensation: $68,976.00 - $84,138.00 Annually
