The National Coordinating Attorney (NCA) plays a critical role as part of the Alliance Risk Management Services LLC (ARMS) team responsible for managing and supporting Terrafirma Risk Retention Group LLC (conservation defense liability insurance). The National Coordinating Attorney (NAC) has oversight of and works closely with the ARMS staff which includes the ARMS Operations Manager, ARMS Specialist and the related contractors, and collaborates with the Conservation Defense Director, Manager and Associate. The NCA manages all claims for Terrafirma as well as the Policy form and reserves. The NCA collaborates with the Conservation Defense Director to ensure the success of lasting conservation. The Conservation Defense and ARMS team of experts coordinate closely on the management of all aspects of national conservation defense services to ensure continuity, cross-training, communication of risk management and other learning that advances lasting conservation.
