The Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County is seeking a full-time Outdoor Equity Coordinator to design and lead inclusive outdoor adventure and education programs—such as hiking, camping, and skiing—for youth ages 6–18 and their families. Funded by a state grant through 2030, this role involves safely transporting youth, supervising activities, maintaining grant compliance, and collaborating across multiple Club locations to foster confidence and a connection to nature. Ideal candidates should have an Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field, experience in youth development, strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to lead outdoor activities.
