The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for keeping the firm's operational engine running
smoothly and efficiently, enabling the team to do its best work. This role will own the day-to-day execution
of all major processes across finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, IT, and office administration
for Alder Point's management company and its investment vehicles. This will include bringing a
detail-oriented eye to internal controls and compliance, building and continuously refining processes, and
supporting data analysis and strategic decisionmaking as the firm grows.
Compensation: 110,000-130,000
