CCALT is seeking a Grants Manager to lead grant writing, procurement, administration, reporting, and compliance, and to support the organization’s fundraising data and systems. This role manages grant opportunities and deadlines, serves as the primary administrator for fundraising data in Salesforce, and helps improve organizational processes through technology and automation. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and highly organized professional with experience in grants, nonprofit development, database management, and Salesforce who is excited to support CCALT’s mission of conserving Colorado’s working lands.

Compensation: $61,000-$70,000 per year – based on experience
