Coloradans value the benefits of land, water and wildlife conservation. They understand the role conservation plays in quality of life. And they feel that conservation helps protect Colorado for the future.
Land trusts are connected to all of these things!
And yet, there is a gap between Coloradans' theoretical support of conservation and the tangible support they actually offer to land trusts to help advance that work - for example, by volunteering their time or giving financial support.
Check out some of these figures as revealed through a survey we conducted of 424 Colorado voters who live in counties served by a land trust.
