Colorado Open Lands is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Philanthropy Associate to plan, manage, and execute a wide range of donor-focused events throughout the year. This is a hybrid position based in our Lakewood office (with regular remote work optional) and travel across the state to support and host events. The Philanthropy Associate is responsible for end-to-end management of all COL donor events, including small donor appreciation dinners, a large biennial gala, and day trips and overnight tours to conserved landscapes. This position also manages the workflow on campaigns and appeals for the Philanthropy department. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, service-oriented, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic about creating exceptional experiences that inspire COL’s supporters.

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000
