This position 1. serves as CPW’s authority on managing the Colorado Wildlife Habitat Program’s (CWHP) annual RFP planning, solicitation, evaluation, and decision processes; 2. serves as authority on conservation real estate transactions and CWHP-funded deals; 3. actively assists CPW staff in structuring new, active, or potential acquisition deals; 4. develops and implements systems to promote CWHP successes and inspire program stakeholders; and 5. provides project management for CPW’s Conservation Easement Stewardship Program.
Compensation: $91,320.00 - $146,124.00 annually. While this is the full salary range for this position, appointments are typically made at or near the range minimum.
