The Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust (CCALT) is seeking an Eastern Colorado Additive Conservation Manager to support innovative conservation and stewardship efforts across Eastern Colorado. This role will work directly with farmers and ranchers to expand restoration and enhancement projects, increase access to ecosystem service market opportunities, and connect landowners with public conservation funding programs such as NRCS CSP and EQIP. The position will build strong partnerships with NRCS staff and other agencies, help implement and administer a Department of Defense REPI grant in northeastern Colorado, and support CCALT’s Stewardship Program through landowner relationship management and annual conservation easement monitoring visits
Compensation: $63,000-$68,000 per year
